Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.

8. Bookings and Payment

Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

A completed payment is a request for the date and time you selected, not a confirmed reservation. Your session is confirmed only when we reply by email. If we cannot honour the time you selected, we will offer you an alternative or refund you in full, at your choice.

All other sales are final. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for credit. Date changes are subject to availability and require at least 24 hours notice before the session. Arriving late shortens the session, and arriving after the session has ended is treated as a no-show, which is not refundable.

If a technical fault at the studio prevents your session from being shot, we will rebook it or refund you in full.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your booking.

9. SMS Terms of Use

By submitting your phone number through our website or contacting us, you agree to receive SMS communications from Chalkak Collective related to your inquiry or business with us. Messaging frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
