Bookings are paid in full at checkout and are not refundable. Arrive 10 minutes early: arriving more than 10 minutes after your slot counts as a no-show, and the session cannot be shot, changed or refunded.

Your slot is confirmed by email once we have checked the studio diary. If we cannot honour the time you picked, we will offer another or refund you in full.

Good to know

Retakes: Each experience includes one complete shooting session. Retakes needed because of a technical fault are on us.
Running late: Arriving more than 10 minutes into your slot may shorten your session, because the next booking starts on time.
Children: Under-5s join free with a paying guest and do not count towards the group size.
Group size: Each studio lists its own maximum. K-Photo Lab takes six; the others take four.
Digital copies: Every session includes the full set, delivered by QR at the desk and available to download for 30 days.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome in every studio. Tell us when you book.
